You may also use the e-mail form provided below to send a copy of the photograph. <p>If possible submit the highest resolution<span class="textRedBold">.jpg</span>,<span class="textRedBold">.tif</span>, or<span class="textRedBold">.pct</span> files.<br> Files saved in any other formats may be rejected as being insufficient in quality. For estimates, size the photos to a maximum of 8x10 inches at 72 dpi. For photos to be retouched, size them to the size that you want to print at 300 dpi. <p> <span class="textRedBold">Please provide a clear request for restoration, retouching, enlarging, and printing.</span> <p> <span class="textBoldRed">Avoid naming files as "Grandpa and the baby"</span>.<br>We recommend that you use combination of your name and the current date and always use the file extension.<br> Example:<strong> <span class="textBoldRed">john_smith_10_10_2006.tif</span> </strong> <p> Please remember that good restoration work requires a high resolution professional scan of your images. Our scanners offer higher quality than the average desktop consumer scanner.
