RESTORATION OF A 1880'S PHOTOGRAPH

This 1880s photo of a Rabbi was restored for publishing in a book on Jewish history.

The photograph was carefully retouched to remove creases, scratches and mildew stains. The missing areas were digitally painted in and the Rabbi's signature, stamp and wax seal were added to complete his legacy. A slight sepia toning was added to give the restored photo a vintage appearance.
