RESTORATION OF HAVILY DAMAGED PHOTOGRAPH

The photo of a vintage Chris Craft speedboat racing across Long Island Sound was affected by chemical deterioration from improper photo processing, and was additionally covered by ink spots and numerous scratches. Damaged areas of the photograph were retouched and realistic water was added to recover the historic significance of this 1920s photo.
